KRIS DIEHL


Kris has been in the medical sales industry for over 25 years, including over 20 years at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She has held sales, training, and management positions throughout her career.

In 2016 Kris joined Pemco Incorporated as the Director of Sales and Marketing for medical instruments. She completed her MBA from The Ohio State University in 1993 and has also received her Certificate in Marketing Analytics from The Cleveland State University College of Business.

Kris worked with the medical advisory team and developed the online course framework and will be your point of contact throughout the program.

JEFFREY SITES


Trained as a veterinary technologist in clinical practice since 1972, Jeff was able to transition these skills from the veterinary realm to the human medical realm when given the position of Coordinator, Anesthesia Technology at Cleveland Metro General Hospital, and concurrent with the same position at Case Western Reserve University (same practice group). Alongside the management of the clinical services of the Division, Jeff was Laboratory manager for surgical research. He received training in surgical methodology, anesthesia management in multiple species. Jeff was also the liaison with both centers for administration and management of a $1.3M budget, as Coordinator under the Director, Anesthesiology of both institutions.

1982: Graduation with honors, Ohio State University, Circulation Technology (Perfusion, Life Support Technologies.

1986: Director Perfusion and Transplant Services, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and Christ Hospital, Jewish Hospital and St. Elizabeth medical Center open heart programs.

WILLIAM KOTELES


Bill is the owner/operator of a privately held 3rd generation family general machining and medical manufacturing corporation, Pemco Incorporated. Bill has been involved since childhood when his father started the corporation in a small basement shop in Cleveland, Ohio.

His experience is vast. Including corporate management, machine operation, design, service, supervision, sales, marketing, product development and any faction required to run a private corporation.

One of his biggest accomplishments has been to support the Rultract Skyhook Retractor for over 30 years as the sole manufacturer. He has now joined the marketing team with Philip Rullo. Rultract Inc. is also a privately held, 2nd generation business developed by Philip Rullo Sr.

Bill's goals are to team up with other private companies and keep the medical market reachable to the needs of the individual surgeons and medical professionals.
